Summary of Changes:

• Income | Receipt Entry - you can now choose how many transaction lines to display on the screen using the Rows Shown dropdown list (same as in Search screens). Once this has been in use for a short while, we will apply this to other Entry screens.

• Expenses - ACAS will now check for duplicates in the Invoice/Ref. No. field when in the Expense Entry and Express Payment Entry screens. It will only detect exact matches, e.g. entering 12345 will not give an alert if INV-123456 is already entered for that supplier so treasurers need to be consistent with data entry.

• Period Close | Bank Reconciliation - the Payment Entry button is hidden for churches that have "Express Payments Only" checked in Admin | Organisations.

• Period Close | Period Close - correction to the amount shown in the Tithes & Offerings Payable field for Conference entities and above.

• Reports | Financial Statements - Consolidated - filter to exclude RET journals was not working correctly, has now been fixed.

• Reports | Tax-deductible Offering Transactions - now shows offerings on the filters where the current entity receives an amount of the funds, even if that entity is not the Offering Owner. E.g. AUC can now see the

• Admin | Accounts - when activating an account and assigning a sub-account, you will no longer be prompted to select a Fund on the account if the "Allow Posting to Account" checkbox is not ticked.

• Admin | Offering Calendar - only NLOs that are available on eGiving show on the offering list to be selected.

• Admin | Organisations - updates have been made to the Change Financial Year function. If it is preventing you making the change you want, please contact Service Desk and we will discuss it with you.

• Search field available in menu - type the name of the menu item you wish to go to, and all results will appear on the list. Click on the screen you wish to go to.
