Attendee selected zero tickets, but requires a ticket

Problem

An attendee completed your Event registration webpage without selecting any tickets, but the attendee does need to select one (or more) ticket/s.

Solution

  1. Click Edit Attendees button, find the attendee's name in the list and click Edit registration button next to their name. The event webpage opens and shows the answers they have already provided. Click to select the ticket(s), save the changes (click “Register and proceed to payment). 

  2. The Finalise Statement screen appears, you have the option to:

    a.      complete a Manual credit card entry; or

    b.      under Other manual payments to mark the attendee as paid by another method (e.g. cash or direct deposit); or

    c.      Email Statement - emails attendee with the updated statement showing the amount owing (for the ticket(s) you have added on their registration during step 1), plus Direct Deposit and Pay Online details; Pay Online – attendee is provided with a link to Events’ Pay Invoice webpage, they enter their invoice number and surname, then the attendee can pay by visa or mastercard. 

Alternatively, you may choose to delete the attendee's incomplete registration and request they complete a new registration. This option may be preferable where there are many more details still required from the attendee.
